Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful marketing or leadership skills, or (studying) degree in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operation of marketing campaigns across various channels: website, social media, email list, advertisement/sponsors, etc.

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals.

  • Build on existing market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

  • Collaborate with COO and CEO to ensure marketing efforts support revenue targets and general vision.
